1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and hbh99 ("we", "us", or "the Platform"). Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth or false identity — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

KYC Verification

hbh99 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., bKash account screenshot or Nagad statement).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

hbh99 supports a variety of trusted payment methods widely used across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on our platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), and all amounts are displayed using the ৳ symbol.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
